Download a Synergy Starter discussion guide for your team, then send us your meeting notes for review. Receive personalized recommendations based on your team's ideas. Discuss your creative arts ministry during telephone coaching sessions. Cover any topic you'd like or work through six areas of your arts ministry in pre-planned coaching sessions. Develop a focused growth plan for your worship arts ministry by spending time with us at your site. Includes pre-visit phone calls with your senior leaders and a post-visit call and development plan.

$50.00 per download $150.00 per hour
$1500 per visit (plus expenses)

Three types of consulting:

Creative Arts Consulting: Where do you turn when you're facing a musical style "war"? When your volunteer team doesn't seem to gel? Or when you cannot get fresh ideas on the page? Or what about when you have creative ideas but can't seem to execute them? We'll come alongside your creative arts team to help you through these difficult issues and more. Whether you're growing your team for the future or tackling your current problems, we'll help you identify where you're at, where you want to go and how to get there. Depending on your needs, we can help once or over the course of time to clarify a unique calling, shape a healthy community, craft a compelling experience and execute weekend services with excellence.

Church Visioneering: Have you unleashed the power of vision in your church? Do the people who attend your weekend services know where your church is heading over the next year? What about the next ten years? Do they have a vision for ministry within their circle of influence, your region and the world? Over the course of several days, weeks or months, depending on your style, we can work with your leadership team to help you discern, focus and unpack a plan for casting a compelling vision to your church. This single step can move your church from stuck to full engagement.

Individual Coaching: Perhaps you're the Senior Pastor and you know God is stirring a vision in your heart, but you just can't seem to get it on paper. Or maybe you're an arts leader and you're stuck in a particular area of leadership, team building or creative development. We're happy to come alongside you and help you move to the next level in your ministry. We can meet with you once or develop an ongoing relationship to help you or your team members as you grow over the years. Investing in a leader is an investment in the impact of your church.
